MyPeak Health Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please read below for our return policy and exceptions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you want to return must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, and accessories.
- The item(s) must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted item(s) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and digital downloads are non-returnable.
- Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt cannot be returned.
Lost or Damaged in Shipping
If your item(s) are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the item(s) are damaged, you will be asked to provide photographs of the damaged items and the original packaging for review.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that it meets the requirements of our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable discounts, shipping charges, or restocking fees. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
